The shipping fee to your destination will be calculated by us and forwarded to your e-mail address for confirmation. The payment information you are about to enter will not be used until you have confirmed the total cost, including the shipping fee.

All orders in North America are shipped via UPS STANDARD GROUND SERVICE, with International orders outside North America shipped 1st class air mail unless otherwise instructed. Most orders will be processed for shipping within 3 business days. UPS ground service in North America may take up to one week or longer from the ship date, depending on final destination, with international orders usually 4 weeks or longer by 1st class air mail.

For customers requiring delivery other than UPS ground or 1st class air mail, please advise us the shipping method you would prefer at the time of ordering on line by advising us in the additional information section of the order form. Power Edge Athletic Gear is happy to accomadate a number of other customer shipping requests including UPS express or expedited service options, and/or FED EX if you prefer, and will confirm a shipping cost via one of these services to your destination once we receive your instructions. Once we have received your approval for the correct shipping method, we will process your order and ship it immediately.
 
 
Payment Information
 Visa. MasterCard, Check, Money Order or Wire Transfer, All prices are in U.S. dollars. For customers based in Canada prices do not include GST or applicable PST taxes. If paying by personal check please allow up to 2 weeks + delivery time after we receive your check for the merchandise to arrive. Sorry no COD's are accepted.
 
Returns Policy
Returned merchandise will be refused without a prior authorization from Power Edge Athletic Gear. A bill of sale receipt must accompany any returned merchandise along with the proper return form stating the reason for the return. We will accept returns of unused merchandise returned in its original packaging for up to 30 days from the date of shipping. Any refunds you receive will be for the original amount paid for the items you are returning less the shipping fee charged by Power Edge. We will refund your credit card amount if the original purchase was made by this method or with a check refund if another method was used. A merchandise return form must accompany the returned items and should be mailed, postage prepaid to the address indicated on the return form
included in your order. If you do not have a return form please contact us to request one.
 
Information on Taxes
Taxes at source, if applicable, will be automatically added to your order total and indicated separately for your information. Any import duties or taxes will be the purchaser's responsibility for orders shipped outside North America.
 
Routing
Orders are shipped UPS STANDARD GROUND SERVICE in North America, and 1st class air mail for any International destinations outside of North America. Other shipping options such as UPS express, expedited and FED EX are available and we are happy to advise shipping costs by either of these methods if requested to do so.
 
Shortages and Damages
Each order is carefully counted and inspected before leaving our warehouse. Please inspect your order on receipt of merchandise, noting any discrepancies. Power Edge must be notified of any claims for shortages or incorrect product received within seven (7) days after receipt of the merchandise.
